Bug: Broken link for uploaded file

    I am unable to access the files attached my clients forward in Jotform Trial form. By accessing the attached file, the error message appears:


    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    I would like a solution to the problem!

    We apologize for this delayed response, thlsilva.

    Upon checking, it appears that the uploaded file actually failed to complete, which is why you're encountering the error when trying to download.  What I can recommend is ask the user to try uploading the file again for you to be able to receive it.
