Change question request. Conditional logic on form.

    I would like to clean up the form a bit.. and in doing so,

    on step 2 (art info) if the user clicks "no" on the question (do you have the Art?) can i have jot form then show the question (If NO,....)

    Same goes if the user clicks "yes" for the same question, can jot form then show the questions about If YES, please Upload...)

    We can do this with conditional logic on form. You will need to use Show conditions for this.

    One condition for 'No' answer:

    And second condition for 'Yes' answer:
