    Forms with image checkboxes and image radio buttons widget get stuck at please wait...

    Hi, here are my forms with image checkboxes and image radio buttons:

    When I try to make an order, after pressing the button "Order" it changes to "Please, wait" and NOTHING HAPPENS.

    There's no order, no confirmation - anything.

     

    Please, tell me what's wrong? I'm about to launch my site and I was hoping to use this option with images.

    Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, forms still don't work
    properly :((
    Image radio buttons (form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/33416797060356)
    don't work at all, as yesterday. I press "Order" and nothing happens.
    Image checkboxes (form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/33515568981364) don't
    work properly. There is e-mail notification, but headline looks incorrect
    and there's no information which checkbox was selected (although it's very
    essential). Here is the screenshot of order from this form:

    We are truly sorry about that.

    I think you're right. I was able to reproduce it on Firefox. That's weird! :)

    I have now forwarded this to our developers for a review. We will let you know once this is fixed.

    Hi,

    I was investigating your form and realized that you did not enter text values while configuring widget. In order to use that widget properly you should enter a text for each image url

    Now it's getting annoying. IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

    almost every field is required, but I can just press one of the buttons (or
    checkboxes) and don't fill the required fileds - submission is sent with no
    information in it.

    validation of telephone (by numbers) doesn't work. I can write letters
    instead of numbers and it is sent.

    put proper names for boxes, but it is shown as links. Looks horrible:

    Honestly, I don't have time to wait so I decided to make separate form for each of my goods ((

    In future, if this imageboxes or buttons will be working, I'll be glad to use it, the idea is simple and brilliant. Please, just let me now when it is fixed.

    Hi! 

    I've just received my first order from someone and all essential fields were epmty!

    I wrote about it 2 days ago (see the text below). 

    Forms with image checkboxes and radio buttons weren't fixed,
    so I had to make 10 forms for my 10 goods.
    And this problem is still there - fileds are marked as required but people still can make an order without fillng them. 

    Was this order real? I don't know, 'cause I don't even have a telephone number of potential client.

    Hi vronskaya,

    Sorry for the late response. We fixed issues related to widgets, however note that probably because your custom css required indicator does not seem. Also on form with imageRadios custom email looks very very bad.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Imageboxes are still shown not with image text, but with inconvenient URL
    addresses.
    Anyway thanks for trying to help, I'm gonna use another order form.

    It looks like that the issue is related to incorrect links to the product images. We are trying to stick with one question / request per thread, so I have answered on this thread. Please check it out and let us know if you need any further assistance on this.
