We are interested in creating an order form for our unique custom sized rugs. this is what is required:
Drop Down Menu to select Rug Collection
Sub Drop Down Menue showing the Models of the Rug Collection selected in the above Drop Down menu
A field for the width of the rug
A field for the length of the rug
A field showing the area of the rug by multiplying the width and length from the two field above.
A database or spreadsheet with the cost per sqare foot for each Collection/Model which would be multiplied by the Area Field above.
Fields for billing and shipping addresses and payment information.
Can I do this with your form builder?
You can create all the fields manually using the available field tools in the form builder if you're not collecting payments online. This would give you the ability to customize each of the product fields. Example, address tool is under quick tools.
However, if you're going to collect payments online, we have payment tools available that would allow you to create custom products, but unfortunately the calculation in only limited to the product prices and quantities so you can't create custom fields for your width and length. But, we may be able to provide you workaround if you're ok with form source code embedding.
Payment tools have default billing fields with billing address but take note, you can't insert any other fields on the default billing fields.
Regarding on the mentioned spreadsheet tool, if that's just informational you can use this widget. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/data_grid. But, if that involves custom calculation, unfortunately that's not doable in the form builder but you can always download your form source code to go beyond the Jotform limits by injecting custom scripts to your form.
I would suggest playing around in the form builder and let us know if you come across any issues or any difficulties creating your form.
