How to match a date field from insighty to Jotform

im trying to call a date field form my insighty to be matched with the Jotform is this possible

Hello Vlatkovich,

What kind of issue do you have when you have to match a date field from insight to jotform?
Did you check part 3 in the guide? How to Integrate your form with Insightly CRM

Select the list you want to add contacts to, then match your form fields to your Insightly list fields:

4. Click on "Complete Integration" to save and exit the Integration wizard.

Yes I get this but it does not show the date field I created insightly to match it with jotforms date field selected. Can you show how I match a date field
