I have just created an additional form for my website, however, it doesn't seem to validate the fields, as I can submit the form, without entering anything on the fields that require information.
Is this a problem with JOTFORM, as the forms when I had set them up worked perfectly.

I opened the form that was recently created on your account. When accessing
it directly via jotform url the required fields worked fine.
Are you experiencing this issue using the site where the form was embeded?
If this is the case kindly post the url of the site.

The form in question is the most recent form called DrumStory Enquiry Form.
You can find the URL of where I embedded the form at http://www.drumstory.com.au/DSY_contactForm.html
You can leave all the fields blank, enter the CAPTCHA field and it will submit the file, without saying that certain fields are required.

May we ask which browser type and verison are you using? I tried to test your form using the four major web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) available and all of them responded well to the Required field validation.
We'll await your response so that we can assist you further.

Bizarre. All I do is enter the CAPTCHA Code and click on Submit Button and I receive the thank you page. I am using IE8 (version 8.0.6001.18702).
This is strange!!!

Thanks for the feedback. I used the exact same version of IE during my first test. I tried using it again and got the same good result:
If you haven't done it yet, please try to test your form again and let us know how it goes. You may also need to clear your cache and cookies and reboot your IE browser to start fresh again.
Thank you for using JotForm!
