    Hello,

    Yes, it is possible.

You can set a condition in a form to send emails based on how and if certain fields are filled.

Please share the link to the form which you would want this to work for.

Pardon me, I do not think I completely understand this part of your message:

    ***

    IE Would Like

Name Heidi Hasler Name Heidi Hasler

Address 2 Holly Close Address 2 Holly Close

    Address 2 City Exeter

    City Exeter

    ***

Are these the fields you would like filled out so that an email notification can be sent?

    Please let us know.

    Good Evening,
    Thank you for your email.
When the email comes through - see the attached form, can it come through but without the blank sections?
So all you see are just the questions where an answer has been given?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
    Kind regards
    Heidi

    Thanks Heidi,

Your attachment came up empty, because we are responding to this through your thread on the support forum

Nonetheless, I believe I understand what you are looking for: A way in which notifications can be sent, excluding all empty/black fields.

This can be achieved by Selecting the 'setup and embed' tab on your form builder, selecting "preferences", 'Advanced', and enabling the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" feature.

Please note that it might not work if your notification email is highly customized, the default template and settings would hide empty fields on your submitted forms.

Does this help? Please let us know how we can assist further.

Thanks for your email - I have just tested this and although I would not say the form was highly customized, it has not worked :(

When you say highly customized please explain.  Thanks!

    Hello Heidi

Pardon the lack of clarity in my response. I meant that only default notification emails work with this feature.

Try creating a fresh notification email for your form.

Do not make any changes, then test the "Hide Empty fields on email" feature.

Did that help? Please let us know.
