I don"t understand why I received theses email.......

You must be referring the Incomplete Payment submissions in your form's submissions page.
Those submissions found in the Incomplete Payment inbox are those submissions from the payment form that were either abandon or not completed successfully.
This usually happen when a form user only submitted your form up to payment screen but not proceed with payment.
For example, I submitted your form https://www.jotform.com/31616507803249
when I reach the payment screen I did no proceed anymore.
You will see my submission ends up in the Incomplete Payment inbox in the submission then.
You will also received notification e-mail about this.
