Default Radio Button ValueAsked by dvlasich on December 19, 2013 at 07:57 PM
I would like to set a default value in the radio button series so that a non-response is not possible and when the form is submitted, the value is set to "Submitted' (one of the series selectios). There are some conditional processes that are then invoked after submission when that value is changed. I want to hide that field from the submitter, but show it to the reviewers.
To have a default value selected, kindly go to the properties of the radio button field (by clicking on the gear icon), then selecting the option properties.
When the properties window appears you need to look for the Selected section, on the right of that section when clicked, you will receive drop-down menu showing you a list of the values on your radio buttons.
Select the one you want as default and close the menu. Now, every time your form loads this value will be pre-selected.
Do let us know if you need further support, thank you.
