The submission is on the report, however, the client received an e-mail with just the message <<<No Message Collected>>>

May I clarify that by the word 'client' you mean the person who completed the form? I was wondering how your client received an email because I checked your form and there is no autoresponder configured in your form. Could it be possible that the email did not come from JotForm?

no, my client who owns the website. The e-mail message that they received was
<<<No Message Collected>>> yet the submission report showed a submission.

Thanks for clarifying that. May we ask which entry in your submissions page had the no message collected error in the matching email notification? I looked into your submissions page and was able to see an entry with no answers at all (from someone with initials A. E. dated 2011-06-18 20:33:15), could it be the one?
Please advise. We're eager to assist you.

We had the same issue on June 20th with two messages with the notice
