    Multiple payment form question

    Asked by holmster on December 20, 2013 at 08:58 AM

    I am trying to make a multiple payment form following the guide located here http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form.

    I am using the following form as the housing:

    http://jotformpro.com/form/33533532785963

    Then these two forms as the Charge your Account and Paypal, respectively:

    http://jotformpro.com/form/33533852299968

    http://jotformpro.com/form/33526370184958

    I have followed all of the steps to the letter, but the payment forms won't show up on the housing form once everything is set up. I know this method works because I have used this method succesfully multiple times in the past. I am not sure what is happening now.

    @jedcadorna,

    Thanks for your help. I went into the form, but was having the same issues as before. I then repasted the iFrame code like you mentioned and it worked after that. I did find though, that any changes I made on the form would cause the embedded forms not to show up. After every change to the host form, I would have to redo the iframe.

    Thanks for the explanation about the cause of the issue.

    In that case, we would recommend you to first make all the changes you need to do to the form and then adding the iframe code so that you don't have to update the iframe everytime you do a change.

    Please inform us if you need further asistance with this inquiry.

    Thanks
