Please Help! I can't Access my form that is collecting holiday orders!!

    When I click to load Submissions I get an error message that tells me to use another browser. If I use Safari it tells me to use Firefox. If I use firefox it tells me to use Firefox (it thinks I'm using IE which I don't have on this computer). If I use another computer same thing... Please help I have to have access to these orders.

    While we are waiting for an official answer and fix, this might be helpful. If you go to My Forms and click on the folder next to your form name, you may be able to see your submissions one by one. This is working for me right now. I get the same error as you when I click on "submissions."

    Also, I used Reports next to submissions and was able to retrieve most data and massage it for my client reports by creating a new report. I know this is frustrating. I hope this helps:)

    Thanks for the quick response on this guys! It seems they have this up and running again!
