However once import the PDF file into Jot Forms to start creating my form the PDF file disappears. Why doest this happen? I am uploading the PDF with inquiry.

Hello, omillbro. Please do correct me if I'm wrong with my understanding of your concern: You were uploading a PDF file on the form builder to instantly create a form that would contain your products to have a functional purchasing form?
If my understanding is correct, unfortunately it is not possible and you will need to create your form by adding products manually.
To add a product, you will first need to identify the method and service you'd like your form to receive payments under Payment Tools of the form builder.
An example is adding a Paypal payment gateway in your form (if you have a paypal account) to be able to receive credit card payments or payments from users with paypal accounts.
Or you can also just add a purchase order form if you want to receive payments via purchase order or Cash on delivery while you can receive orders online.
And then continue with the payment tools wizard of your selected payment tool option.
