If it were responsive, I'd have a subscription.
Responsive means your form would adjust to the size of the screen.
I want it to work on the iPhone.
vCita.com, although giving users 1 form, offers responsive forms.

Thank you for contacting us. Jotform are already optimized for mobile views if you are having problem making your form fit to your website when viewed in mobile phone there is always a custom CSS option that you can use to adjust the form according to your website needs.
We can help you get your form work in mobile just share to us your site URL so we can make a further test but overall this should work with iPhones and Androids. Using the @media screen and (min-width: xx) and (max-width:00) would help you adjust your form to fit correctly when injected into your custom CSS settings.
