How to disable second PDF file?

When i receive notification email I get 2 PDF files. One is Original PDF with submissions data and another one is created by default. I want just original PDF with submissions data . In notification email i enable just original PDF but I still receive both. Can you help? When i first tested it everything was fine, I came back later to send it to client and test it again, then I received 2 PDF files. In meantime I didn't change a thing.

Good day, due to a temporary glitch, the unselected PDF doc was also getting attached. Our developers have just informed us that this issue has been fixed. Could you please check again and confirm?
