I am attempting to set up a direct integration to webmerge.me, but the problem appears to be the lack of ability on Jotform's end to generate the proper POST command with name/value pairs.
Am I missing an option somewhere or is the POST command simply immature at this time?

We'd be happy to check this for you. Would you mind sharing to us your current codes so we can check and evaluate it for you? Also, make sure to share the form URL.
We'd also suggest contacting our API team with regards to Webmerge Integration: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#contact. The API Team should be able to help you and come up with a possible integration.
Also, you may consider using Zapier's Jotform to Webmerge Integration: http://zpr.io/gEpw

I have also been trying to integrate Jotform with Webmerge for awhile. I am going to attempt to write a custom php script again after reading more of Jotform's webhook instructions, but in the meantime I had found the Zapier solution. My only problem is that my form contains signature fields, and the url of the image that gets transmitted to Webmerge through Zapier is not complete - so that the image is missing in the merged document.
This is my form: http://form.jotform.co/form/31832857097868 I am using the E-signature widget.

Thank you for your solution! Just to add to this thread for other users who are looking to integrate both services - this is the documentation provided by Webmerge including sample php codes to merge documents with form data.

Thank you for the information. This should help.

donadioj, so did you get the web hook to work with WebMerge? If so, did it require a PHP file? I contacted WebMerge and they sent me this link: https://www.webmerge.me/blog/integrate-wufoo-forms At least with Wufoo it looks like you just need to name the variables the same and it works. No PHP required. I tried that just now using JotForm with no success. If you ended up using a PHP file, where did it fit into your workflow? Thanks!

Please see this previous discussion on her progress. It looks like the route taken was to use the Zapier connection instead of WebHooks:
We will highlight this integration for further testing to ensure our users can move their data anywhere they like. The idea behind our webhooks is that users can then do whatever they like with the data, so we'd like to investigate situations where that's not working.

I corresponded with the WebMerge team some more. It sounds like WuFoo is sending each item as a separate variable, where JotForm is currently sending it as a single variable with all the data embedded in the JSON. It would be great if the Web Hook integration could be updated to send separate variables as well. For now, I will continue to use Zapier. Thanks.

OK, glad that you are able to use Zapier as an intermediary. I'll raise the request to allow our webhooks to be sent as separate variables, not just a single JSON object. We've also highlighted the request for a direct integration with WebMerge.

Thank you for the information and for the PHP file. I have saved it here for reference. It's definitely helpful.

@donadioj, yes, THANK YOU!

Hello! Ive been looking into this as well. So were you able to accomplish this process without using an third party service? Also Donaldioj you seem skilled enough that you clould use this: (FREE)
It would allow for you to bypass Webmerge.
