Hi I run a legal online store and one of my services is weekly payment and I wanted our user to enter there card details to make an
payment is this okay to do this with jotsform

As suggested by my colleague, you may use our Paypal Pro integration which will allow you to request for Credit Card details from your clients. Now, in order to make the CC fields mandatory you can set them as required:
