We have tested two different emails, and follow instructions however none of the test have come through to us.
Can you please help.

It is possible the emails have gotten in the spam folder of your email address, so, please make sure to check that folder.
Also, note that if you are using the Test Email button of the Notifcation email, it will work with the email address associated with the account only, so, make sure to test your forms in real time so that it can send the email notification to the specified recipient email.
If the emails are not in the spam folder and you are not using the Test Email button, kindly share with us the URL of the form you are having troubles with and we will further investigate.
