    Hello,

Your sub_users share your subscription upper limits, that is, if you share your forms with them, any submission through that form is accounted under the 1000 submission upper limit.

If they share a form with you (that is, it is their form), then any submissions made under that form will be accounted under your sub_user's upper limit.

Sharing forms makes it easy to allow teams to work with edits and submissions, but the owner of the form is where submissions are accounted through....

Please let us know if this response clarifies things, and how we can assist further.

ok so just to clarity. If I am developing web sites and create forms through my account for my different cleints, They can receive their info for the submissions individually but they all count against the over all submission number allowed. Correct?

    Correct.

As long as the form belongs to you, your submission upper limit (i,e, 1000) will be deducted following each submission.

You can relinquish ownership of the form by transferring the form to another user if you want completely isolate management and ownership privileges.
