Free text HTML not appear in Auto Responder Email

    Dear Jotform,

    I build several type of payment method. Its working great on my Facebook and website. However the list of items of my customer's order are not appear in their reply email and my notification email.

     

    Perhaps you can help me...

    Hi Ariff,

    You have embedded different forms within that form which is not correct. Since the payment fields are not created within that form, payments data will not be captured and sent to email. Unfortunately, what you are trying to achieved won't work.

    The guide that's explained here http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form, is created in a different way. Each payment form has submit button, so when the user submits that form, notification for the selected payment form will be sent out. Also, there shouldn't be be any other fields except the radio button field as seen on this demo form for the hide/show conditions. http://www.jotform.me/form/22562702027446
