    i didn't receive Email on submission time

    dear 

     

    when some one submit the form after filling i dont recieve notice Email always 

     

    some time stopped it self

     

    can i khow the reason

    Hello, nadin.  Sometimes the problem may lie with JotForm's email servers at times that JotForm is getting so much traffic, which may sometimes take the system to process requests, but rest assured this is not taking too long to submit.

    If the delay is taking longer than a minute, then it's possible that your email service provider is having delays processing the received request which may include internet traffic from your email's system.  And at times when you believe you did not reeive the email alert, please do check your spam folders as it is also possible that your email alerts may have landed there.

    However, if you're using an email client software such as MS Outlook, Eudora, AOL, or Mozilla Thunderbird and noticed that the email alert is neither in the inbox or your spam folder, you might need to check your webmail (login to your email account from your provider's email service website). This is because there are some email services that do not let you download emails whenever it lands to your webmail's spam box.

    If you still have not received the email alert after checking your webmial, feel free to let us know so we can check also from our logs if there were bouncebacks or rejections from your email service provider after our system sends an email alert. 

    You may also ask your hosting service provider for if there were any emails that were blocked by them.  If so, you can ask them to whitelist the IP addresses from this guide.

    After all these and if problems still persist, please do let us know.

    I checked my webmail nothing received

    And I’m sure the jot forms are not blocked as I received yesterday a lot of mails

    Thank you for letting us know, nadin.

    Can you point out a specific submission and which you have not received?  This way we can identify which submission is it and find the closest time it is associated from the email logs and see what's going on?

    Hello again, nadin.  I checked your form and did not find any submissions in it.  Did you delete your submissions on the said form?  I also did not see any email sending errors that may be associated to the form. 

    To ensure that your email isn't blocking alerts from JotForm, I just made a test submission coming from my form going to your e-mail, can you check if you received anything which may have a content with my name in it?

    To further explain what may be happening: The activity of emails may vary every minute. You may be receiving hundreds of notifications 10 minutes ago and then suddenly you're not receiving anything anymore due to anti-spam filters on your email service provider which may have been triggered due to the number of submissions you received massively coming from one server.  This is the AI of these said filters.  It learns on its own.

    It was in the spam so I fixed the problem

    I want to add a photo to my form how I can get it appear in the PDF copy of submission reports
