I just went through the forums regarding this issue and found you can remove the disable once per account. I am using JotForms for a client and love them, but cannot upgrade my account for a week or so. I had no idea they would get so many submissions in the one month. Can you please allow me this one time extension for the month?
I would greatly appreciate the help.

I checked our member database and found out that your username actionbasic is currently active. There is no further action needed. Kindly try again and let us know if it works this time or not.

Thank you! One other question, is there a way to change the URL redirect once the form is submistted without having to redo my code? Is there a file or anything I can get to?

Yes, you can use the Thank You Wizard to specify how you would like to forward your users after submitting the form.
Click the Thank You button of your toolbar to open the Thank You Wizard. Then select Custom URL as shown below:
Then enter the URL where you want to redirect your users after completing your form, and click Finish.
