Why is my account limited to 10 when it says 100 on your site?

    I received an email saying I am limited to 10 forms filled out. 

    This is what I went off of when I signed up for your service.

    We apologize for the confusion. Upon checking your account, you are currently at Free Account status. The limits imposed is still 100 normal submissions, 10 Secured SSL Submissions and 10 Payment submissions.

    I will explain it further the factors on what Submission type it will consume.

    Normal Submission:

    1. No Payment Integration or no Payment fields involved in the form
    2. Is using HTTP version of the form link i.e https://www.jotform.com/33446147954158
    3. Is using the HTTP version of the embed codes

    Secured SSL Submission:

    1. No Payment Integration or no Payment fields involved in the form
    2. Is using HTTPS version of the form link https://secure.jotform.com/33446147954158
    3. Is using the HTTPS version of the embed codes of the form

     

    Be sure to double check if you are using HTTPS or HTTP to distribute the form link or the embed code to avoid consuming your SSL submissions. For testing purposes please use the HTTP version to avoid wasting your SSL submissions.

    Payment Submissions:

    1. Any version HTTP or HTTPS version of the form that uses Payment Integrations or Payment Fields

     

    I understand that this is a mistake and you have consumed your SSL submission unknowingly. I have reset your SSL counters. However, we can only do this only once per account. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
