On our Membership Form there is a place to upload your photo for the yearbook. When I receive one of these forms, I cannot get the file to open. What am I doing wrong. I am in charge of doing the yearbook.

Do you mean when you access the file URLs, you're redirected to an error page? If yes, it could be due to the login requirement that's enabled by default in the account's privacy settings.
