This is reference to my last issue. I can upload a file (MP3) and then when it arrives in my email there is nothing there.
This is a link ot the page it is on. I can send a screen capture of my email as well if needed.

I suggest you try to put a proper labels to your form and make sure the upload field is set as *Required field
After doing this, check also the Notification E-mail, create a new notification using the Add New E-mail button.
