    Hi,

I am a developer and using the Jot forms to integrate in my Shopify project. My client wants to accept payments through forms like you have in your Payment Tools like authorize.net.

Can you please pass on my query to your technical team? Please tell me:

    1. Is using authorize.net using your payment tools safe? As the customers will be submitting there bank details through Jot Forms, therefore, this is our essential requiremnt.

    2. Also, I am trying to integrate to authorize.net payment tool using sandbox merchant account's API Key and Transaction Key but there is an integration error. Please provide us help in integrating authorize.net as the payment tool.

Currently, I have integrated Stripe payment tool on my webpage but I want to integrate authorize.net. If you can help me intgerate my test merchant account of authorize.net with the authorize.net payment tool of Jot Form, we may upgrade our plan from free to paid. Please help.

    Thanks,

    Nausheen

    Hi Nausheen,

Welcome to Jotform. Please find my answers below about your questions with our Payment Tools:

    1. Our forms are secure. Our payment integrations are secure. If you'd like that all data will be more secure when someone submits to the form, use our Secure URL feature: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form.

    2. Please review and use this guide instead Run your form using Auth.net payment tool in Emulator Mode

We're here 24/7 so if you need further assistance with the above methods, please let us know.

    Thanks

Thank You for your quick response. I read this guide  Run your form using Auth.net payment tool in Emulator Mode. you asked me to review. But, now I am getting this error:

"Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system."

Please help me integrate this as soon as possible. It will be a great help.

    Thanks

    Hi Nausheen,

Works fine on my end when I make a test.

What account type did you choose? Make sure it is "Card Not Present" when you sign-up a Sandbox account. Kindly try it again.

    Thanks!

One more thing, please tell me how to integrate it if I want to use a live merchant account instead of Sandbox account now?

    Thanks

    @Jeronone

If you'd go live, just set Sandbox Mode to "No". This time you have to use your live API credentials at authorize.net.
