Assuming the form is long and once they hit submit, the thank you message is shown at the top
of the page, therefore the user miss seeing it. Anyways to correct this, if not jotform can think of something in the new year.

Is there anyway we can check the form into your website? We'll see if we can do something to your form's thank you settings.
You may also consider creating another page to your website and put your thank you message there and use it as your form thank you URL: Custom Thank You URL
