My Jotform Account is suspended for Phishing

    Hello Team,


    I work with Corey Owens (Account Owner) and our Finance Matrix Jotform is down for "phishing". How do we go about getting that fixed as this has prevented others from filling out paperwork in our system. I don't know how it could have been Phishing as we only send this unique form out to those that are ready to sign up for our services.


    Please Advise.
