Email Notification Does not have the complete submission

    Uploaded info from the above form is oncomplete.  Information from text box 2 is missing.

    I have also noticed that Text Box 2 is not a required field. Kindly make sure to set the fields as required to avoid users from submitting the form with missing data. Thank you.

    I tried the test link you sent.  Unfortunately, info in text box 2 was not transmitted. All other field info was sent correctly.  Still unresolved.

    It appears that your email notification is missing to post the value on your email notification, as the field was not added to your email alert. I have since then added the missing field. If you need further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.
