paypal / credit card payment help

    Hi,


    Could you please help me set up the payPal / Credit card payment section on my form please?


    I also need help with giving a 30% discount option, but i only want it available if they select more than 2 products (sessions). Can this be done without a coupon code?

    Im having difficulties.

    How can i make the Date Of Birth, month / Day & Year all fir on the same line? In the preview it does, but as soon as i take it off edit mode it the year goes onto the second line. How can i make the answer space shorter?
