Unable to view submissions on the app

    we are also having problems accessing the submissions on the ipads using the app

    It seems that this is an ongoing issue with the app. We'll further check this with our relevant team. In the meantime, kindly view the submissions on your preferred web browser.

    The issue now resolved in the 1.16.12 version. Please, update your app to the newest version and check whether the issue still persists.
