How do I change the email address responses go to?

    I want to change the address the response goes to, ideally on a per form basis, otherwise for the whole account, but not change the account registered address. The account is registered to the IT manager to develop the forms on, the responses would go to the applicable person.

    Is this possible?

    Yes, of course. You may change the Email address for which you want to receive the submitted form information.

    To do this follow the below steps,

    Step 1: Click on MY FORMS.

    Step 2: Select the form to which you want to change the Email address.

    Step 3: Click on Edit, to open the form in Edit mode.

    Step 4: Click on 'Email Alerts' icon from the menu bar, there will a list of notifications in the dropdown(if you have only one notification, just click on it)

    Step 5: Now a screen labeled 'Compose Email' will be poped up, at the bottom of that window you will see a back button labeled 'Reply-To and Recipient Settings' , just click on it.

    Step 6:Now you will see the Recipient E-mail address which was provided over there, you can edit the email and enter what ever Email you want to receive the Notifications.

    Step 7: Just click Finish and save the form, thats it!!  go ahead and test the form now whether you receive the Emails to your newly enter Email address or not.
