How to see form content with what the client fills out

Asked by sunny9176 on December 29, 2013 at 09:59 PM

For a "trial run", I filled out one of my forms to see how it looked when it was emailed to me.  All that is emailed, are the portions that the client fills out.  Is there a way to have the ENTIRE document emailed so that I have their information they filled out on the same form?  This would be quite helpful in the event someone ever tried to tell me I changed something AFTER they filled it out.  I also checked by logging into my account and looking there at the PDF and it still shows only the same information.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform.

You can do one of two things:

    1. Add fields to your notification email so that you can capture more detail when someone fills out your form. This may include a PDF download link for you to capture the whole form as it was filled.

    2. You can Integrate your fom with a cloud storage service like Google Drive or DropBox, that way, all submissions get sent to you in PDF form straight to your cloud storage account.

In order to include more details in uploading to your cloud storage (or a PDF download of your completed forms), you can add visible fields by going to /myforms/'select form'/submissions as shown below

    Does this help?
