I am not receiving emails from Jotform

    I have created a number of forms, but no matter what I do, I am unable to recive emails of filled out forms. Can someone please help me with this.

    @serverbd,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Our logs shows that it was able to sent out an email to the registered address and also I can see that your form settings is setup correctly. If your are still not receiving an email from Jotform I suggest you do the following:

     

    1. Check your spam folders

    2. You need to contact your ISP and have our IP whitelisted:

    188.138.116.138
    107.20.173.204
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251
    85.25.117.56
    23.29.113.206

    3. You can also add these domains to your contact list or have this whitelisted:

    ·        jotform.com

    ·        email.amazonses.com

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com  

    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

     

    I sent a sample submission in one of your forms kindly check if you have received an email or let us know if the issue still persist.
