How can I provide access to registered information to the end user?

Asked by vibhadc on December 30, 2013 at 11:56 AM

I am planning to use the form to sell tickets for an event.

After the user registers for an event and purchases a ticket, I would like to give them a link for them to come back and view/print the ticket any time.

Is there a way to provide a link their data in the email response to the user so that they can come back to view/print?

    regards

    Hi Umesh,

If what you need is to send a copy of the submission data to your form submitters, you can accomplish that by creating an Autoresponder email where you include the PDF link variable {pdf-link} so that your form users can download/print the pdf doc of their submissions. Here is how to create an Autoresponder email: Creating a form Autoresponder

To add the PDF link you just need to go to the Compose Email wizard of your Autoresponder and then click on the PDF link option from the Form Fields menu:

I hope this helps. Pleas inform us if you need further assistance with this or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated inquiries.

    Thanks
