fvhsurveyAsked on May 18, 2021 at 4:04 AMI want to have data from all forms for data analysis. However, in Jotform I just could export each form in terms of an individual Excel file, and then I have to combine all Excel files to make general data for all forms. Do you have any way that exports a single Excel file with all data of all forms? Thank you

It is possible to combine your submissions into a single CSV files.
Here is a link https://www.jotform.com/integrations/combine-submissions
Please check it out and let us know if this fits your requirements.

Thank, Richie. The app is what I need to. However when I export the data into the CSV the file will be like below
In our form we used both Vietnamese and English, therefore it's look like that the csv file could not display Vietnamese parts.
Would you have any solution for that? Thank you, Richie

I have tried downloading your form submissions into a CSV file and it shows fine here:
So I think the issue is with your Excel software's encoding option. You may want to check this guide I found online on how to fix it: https://tipsmake.com/how-to-fix-vietnamese-error-when-opening-csv-file-in-excel
