    trying to change primary email, confirmation email going to the wrong address

    Hello, 

    I keep trying to change the primary email on file, but in do that in the profile area, a confrimation email keeps going to wrong email on file? How can I delete the pri,ary email, I've already changed it in the edit form area, but its not changing in the profile area.

    As far as I can see you do not have a registered account with us (based on your current email address on this post desiree@gomodsquad.com).

    If you think you have registered to a free account with a wrong email address, please let us know, so we can assist you better the following:

    -Username.

    -Currente (wrong) email address

    -New email address

    I'm actually helping a client of mine, the account is under
    derek@golf-lift.com, can you correct the primary email address to
    derek62@gmail.com on the account please, I've been trying to help wit this
    for over a week, he is not receiving notifications of submissions on the
    primary email address noted.

    Hi Desiree,

    Unfortunately, there is no way we can change the account email address from our end. You have to manually do it and confirm the changes to the old email address. There is a verification process for the purpose of security.
