We are using the approval form for facility booking. Very often we need to provide the room number. That's why we need to use the Reply option instead of just clicking "Approve." I have two questions when using the "reply" option:
- Is there anyway to turn off the reCAPTCHA? It's very inconvenient.
- How can I change the default sender? I know where to do that for the Approval and Denial email. But can't seem to find that when I use the "reply" option when I'm in the Pending Approval page.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
- I've checked the form's settings and no reCAPTCHA has been added. Try using a different browser and let us know if the reCAPTCHA still appears as this may be related to the browser or your IP address.
- If you're referring to changing the sender name, unfortunately, that's not yet supported. But if you wanted to change the email address, you can do so by clicking the gear icon located on the upper right corner of the Reply to Submission box
Also, instead of using Reply, I highly suggest that you use Approve/Deny and include your comment anywhere in the email(body or subject) in the notification email. See screencast below:

Thank you for your reply! Regarding the Approval Comment, can it be a customized comment as we need to add the room number to the approval reply and it may be different every time?
Or simply put, is there any comment/remark input field that we can enter and send along with the Approval or Deny reply to the form filler? I think it will be a great feature!
Thanks!

On the Approval element properties of the Approval Flows, there is an option under the Advanced tab to allow comments in the approval process.
The option is by default enabled.
When the form is submitted and the Approve/Deny button is clicked in the approval email sent to the approver, the approver will be redirected to the Inbox page, Pending Approvals tab. The approver can then put in their comments there.
Here's how the comments look like when the submission is approved/denied.
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
