    Hello AFSC,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to embed your form in your website. Is that correct?

Have you already checked our multiple embed option? Here is a guide which should help you embed your form in your web page:  http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

This guide also should help: http://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello AFSC,

If you simply wish to get the URL of the form as a link, you can simply save your form and preview your form.  The URL available that appears is the link to your form.

Another way to get the link is to do the following:

    1. Go to Setup & Embed

    2. Click Embed Form in the top toolbar

The URL that appears in the top most text field is the link to your form.

But if you wish to have your form appear on your website, you can embed it as suggested by ashwin_d above.

If you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.
