Approval Flows: Possibility to attach Original PDF to Approval emails

I have been working with a few Workflows over time now, and I must admit that JotForms Approval is by far the best one, BUT it is fundamentally flawed in one aspect, the FINAL Document.

In years prior the paper document was sent from one supervisor to the manager and so on, this was the workflow or route that the document took.

JotForms Approval works well in that a document is sent to the applicant, it then has a lot of emails that has the data of the documents that moved through the workflow, and them when you add a link it generated a random PDF to replace the Original PDF that you uploaded.

Sending the Original PDF to the applicant is not important, because they know they submitted it, what is important is the Original PDF coming back to the applicant, and a copy to HR or even Registry.

This document has to show the Approval Status of each manager, yes the system sends the email stating the approval, but the email is not the Original document, the applicant did not send a email for approval they sent the Document.

Jotforms Approval starts off well, and then magically it pulls off a Dawid Copperfield to emails and finally the Original Document has nothing to do with the workflow. At the end you feel like you in Wayward Pines, hoping to get somewhere at the end off the season, but no final document, and then they cancel the season.

The emails that gets sent to the Supervisors and Managers does not even have to contain the Original PDF. but it has to be in the end of the Workflow with the Status on.

Without that the Approval system will be good but not Great, and it will remain fundamentally flawed.

I still think that JotForms Approval is the best on the market thus far, if the final document issue can be addressed.

We implemented adding approval status and activity(thread) data PDF. Now you can add approval status or approval thread(activity-who approved, when..) data to PDF and send it as email or download.
