I would like to add job sheets for my engineer to complete while on site, we have a different details on a job sheet every time, i.e job number address and information.
how can i create a form from a pdf? and would i beed to enter the details each time we have a job?

The best way to create a PDF form is by using our already existing features in our form builder. It contains very useful/advance feature that will allow you to create a form very similar to the PDF one, so it will make the things easier.
Now, could you please clarify a little bit more what you are refering to when you ask "would i beed to enter the details each time we have a job?"? That will allow us to give you the right assistance.
