PDF Attachment: Missing Field

    The PDF is set to send in an auto responder to the applicant... in my test run, the square payment information isn’t being displayed in that exported file... it should be shown between payment details, and thank you for your payment.

    Howdy Hilary,

    I have created a clone of the form named "HOST-A-HIVE AGREEMENT" and upon receiving either of the emails, the PDF Attachment is not displaying the Square Payment information.

    I have attempted to clear my form cache, and replace the field with a new copy, however the issue is still persisting. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. At this time I have created a ticket for our developers to investigate this issue. Please understand that we are unable to provide an ETA for when this issue will be resolved, however you will receive a reply to this thread once there has been an update.

    I do see that the ticket's priority has been set to Important, but the status of the ticket is still Open. Unfortunately, there hasn't been an update yet, though you will receive a reply to this thread once we have one.

    Just a note: I am having exact same problem with Stripe, where the product and payment information won't display on a pdf attached to an email autoresponse/notification and in several different forms.

    My support ticket has also been escalated on June 22. Hopefully, they will get this worked out!
