I have a load of existing customers where I know most of their details but I would like to send them a link to a form to complete where their existing details would be displayed and I would ask them to amend and update as necessary.

I've been playing with FormSite and it seems you can do this with their system by incorporating the InputID and 'answer' aspart of the url.

Is something like this possible with JotForm?

    Hello richardh9999,

Yes, it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our url parameter features. You can use this feature to pre-populate any form fields by passing values through URL parameters. Here is a guide to help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

What need to be done is that you have to find out the field name of your form fields and append it with the form URL and assign a value to that field name.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
