    Hi there,

I've just looked at your contact form in Firefox and Safari on the Mac and I see it is quite messed up in Safari.  I also see the the problem you mention with the missing button.  The button is there, but the area on the page is too small to display it.  The form looks fine when it's viewed on the JotForm website, so it looks like there is a problem with one of the DIVs in the iWeb page, or possibly the iframe itself.  Can you try updating your CSS to explicitly set a height for the following elements on your iWeb page:

    widget1-htmlRegion

    widget1-html-snippet

    widget1-frame

These are the two parent DIVs and the iframe which contain the form.  If you can set them to something larger than the hieght of the form then it should look fine. Here is some information on CSS height:

    http://www.w3schools.com/Css/pr_dim_height.asp

You can also take a look at the user guide :

    http://www.jotform.com/help/12-Adding-Form-to-an-iWeb-Page

Let us know if you need any further help.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
