    [Form Auto Fill] Reset after Submission

    Asked by RogerYelvington01 on January 03, 2014 at 12:45 PM

    Hi Again!

    I'd like for my form: http://forms.atfgyms.com/form/40015488515149

    1.  To be able to reset upon submission (Currently I have the data saved for up to 5 hours on a form, but if I do a submission, I'd like for it to clear the form)

    2.  After you hit submit, I have it forwarded to the custom url of the form: http://forms.atfgyms.com/form/40015488515149 so that way the next person in line can be ready to complete the form.

    Page URL:
    http://forms.atfgyms.com/form/40015488515149

    custom url next saved forwarded

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Unf

    ortunately, we do not have such option on the Auto Fill feature. I am going to submit a feature request ticket to our Development Team, but I can not provide any ETA for when it will be implemented. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

    As a workaround, it is possible to add a Submit button field with the 'Clear Form' button on it. In this way, user will need to manually click on it. Also, we can hide (with custom CSS) the actual 'Submit' button, so it will be a field with the 'Clear Form' button only.

    2. After you hit submit, I have it forwarded to the custom url of the form: http://forms.atfgyms.com/form/40015488515149 so that way the next person in line can be ready to complete the form.

    As far as I can see, you have already set the Custom Thank You Page redirect.

    If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.

    @tgbam

    I moved your question to a new thread so it can be properly addressed. For now we still don't have an update on this ticket. It has a low priority level and it's implementation can be taken into consideration in the future.
    Let us know if we can assist you further.
