How can I add additional licenses to an existing license?

Asked by Acendas_JF on January 03, 2014 at 04:39 PM

We have 5 sub-accounts on a 3-year plan. I would like to know my options for upgrading to 10 or 15 seats or what options I do have and how I go about making those changes without getting charged all over again for the ones I do have.

    Thank You

We are sorry for confusing description. With your Economy subscription you can create up to 10 Sub Accounts. In other words, you can add 5 more users to your existing users (5/10). If you would like to get even more users, the next step is Professional subscription where you can have up to 100 users (Sub Accounts). In case you would like to proceed with the upgrade, we can help with prorated refund.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, in your account, it is a bit confusing at the top when it says "On your current plan, you can create 5 sub-accounts." when I already have 5 accounts. You may want to change that page to say "You can create x MORE sub-accounts." to avoid confusion.

Thank You for the confirmation of that and it's been noted via a Feature Improvement Request by my colleague whom previously responded to you to be referenced to our developers for future consideration. As soon as we know something more about this then we'll let you know here with an update to your thread.
