Were you talking about how many subscriptions you had or can have per month or year? I am slightly confused because of the way your question is worded. Did you perhaps mean the number of Submissions you can receive on your account for your forms as in everytime someone submits data to you via one of your forms maybe?

In your pricing plan, you talk about 10.000 submissions i.e and I don't if you can recieve 10.000 submissions per month or per year.
By other hand, regarding the payment submissions, how many forms can you can receive per month or per year of this type of forms?

I am sorry for the confusion.
All submission limits mentioned in our pricing plan is submissions per month. Please be noted that in paid subscription, we do not differentiate submissions based on the SSL or payment submissions. This differentiation is only in the free plan where you can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL or 10 payment submissions.
In paid plans if you have 10,000 submission limits, you can receive up to 10,000 payment submission per month. Please be informed that the submission counter are reset on the first day of every month.
Hope this answers your question.
