    Hi Jotform Support,

    Is there a way to have Email Alerts sent in TEXT ONLY AND HIDE FIELDS?

    I have tried to create numerous email alerts and it seems that the only way fields can be hidden is if I leave it in HTML format.  Is there something I'm missing?  I realize that You can't modify fields but was hoping the TEXT ONLY could be sent via email and hide fields if I didn't modify anything else.

    Hi,

    You must be referring to this form settings

    (click on image to enlarge)

    as mentioned in the settings, it will only work on Default E-mail notifier

    Setting the e-mail into TEXT mode will disable this feature.

    I workaround I can suggest to do, is to create several Text Only E-mail  and use e-mail condition logic.

    Please refer to this guide also -How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    If you look at the guide I mentioned, you can pre-determine the e-mail notifier that can be sent base on options or selections.

    The condition can be something like this:

    IF fieldname1 is EMPTY

    THEN

    SEND emailnotifier1 email to {e-mail address}

    You can create several conditions for the particular empty field.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
