my jotforms are not coming to my email: email@example.com
I can get the submissions through the jotform website, but they are not sending to my email? Â Just started today

I have checked the bounce list, and I was able to find email address:firstname.lastname@example.orgÂ on the list.Â
Bounce List Log:Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list.
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<firstname.lastname@example.org>) with the subject of (2014 Winter Workouts) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.'
Do try a different Subject Line for better results.

How does that happen? Â We've used this email forever and it only now ends up on a bounce list? Â Is the issue resolved?

This may happen when your email service provider starts rejecting emails that contain keywords that relate to probable spam. As you can see on the earlier post the error advices to try a less general subject line as it could be incorrectly flagged as spam. At this time the email address is no longer on the bounce list. Kindly try performing a test submission to verify if you are now receiving the submissions properly through your email. Thank you.
