Emails not forwarded to default email

    Hello -

     

    I just noticed that I have not gotten email forwards from Onion 3D contact to the email I provided, tm.cipolla@gmail.com. What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance,

    Hi Tom,

    That is because your form email settings don't have a sender email. I've fixed it for you. We'd suggest checking this guide: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts for further information about why such issue happens to your form(s).
